when I found out that the wardrobe was covered with thick black mold on all the walls and ceiling, I searched on Google for a mold removal specialist and I found Restoration Specialists with "5 Stars" rating. I spoke to Ian and then Alan for the best way to deal with the situation and got a quote. The quote was for just removing the mold or just doing the moisture test first or doing both. Then, Len came and assessed the situation and suggested that both were done as the mold growth was really bad.

Len did a very good job of removing the mold and doing a thorough moisture test throughout the ground floor of the house. and on top of that, I got a 15 page-moisture test report with many pictures which detailed the condition of each room of the house. The bill amount was exactly what I was quoted for. I am very happy with the service that Restoration Specialists gave and would highly recommend anyone who would need a mold removal service.
